          Adam,
It largely depends on how far I would have to travel. I would like to have the expenses covered. What did you have in mind?

              Adam,
That’s great. Wish the Lord’s blessing upon you all that He will continue to give you understanding concerning His Word. Don’t know if you know, but I’ve just finished a new book on Paul which may be of interest.

    Hello Don,
Yesterday, someone sent me an email on an article you wrote entitled, The Great Hinge. It answers many questions I had about the transitional period in Acts when Paul begin to preach. I was confused as to when Paul actually began to preach the revelation of the mystery of the one body in Christ (Ephesians 3:6), according the gospel of Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 15:1-4). Your explanation of what took place at the Council in Jerusalem as described in Acts 15 and Galatians 2, was very helpful and answering my questions.
I read about five articles on your website and was very encouraged that you truly are a teacher of right division. I was excited to discover that you have books available. Today I ordered, The New Testament Study Bible, Paul Apostle of Secrets and God’s Programs. I look forward to reading many more of your articles and books.

    Hi Don.

I am enjoying your talks from Meridian, Idaho back in 2018 and noticed how you choose to use the word ‘magical’. I suggest a better word might be ‘supernatural’. Please see the following:

I discovered with the use of a smart phone I can travel long distances via of motor vehicle and connect these sessions to my radio and listen delightfully to your talks through the radio speakers in my vehicle while driving.

    Thank you.

      TEnglish,
Thank you. I am aware of the meanings of both words. My point in using “magical” was to emphasize that God has His own magic. God’s transforming us into the image of Christ is a kind of magic. When Moses’ staff-serpent swallowed Pharoah’s magicians serpents, it showed God’s magic was greater than the magic of the powers of darkness.

If I remember another related phrase in one of your articles, “God is tricky. ” Could a more appropriate word be substituted?
It’s just the connotations of that word. Seems that God’s enemy is constantly tricking anyone he can. Thus, the state of the world today.

        1. doctrine Post author

          Carla,
Sure, another word could be used. But God is tricky in the sense that He always has a plan. No matter how many schemes the Devil uses, God has a way to defeat him. Satan thought by orchestrating Jesus’ crucifixion he would win. But God used His crucifixion and resurrection to strategically defeat Satan. God is tricky.

If you do what is right, will you not be accepted? But if you refuse to do what is right, sin is crouching at your door; it desires you, but you must master it.

In listening to Part 1 Meridian, ID I noticed that you sought to explain sin in Gen.4.7 with a new twist to my understanding referencing sin to sin offering. Would you seek to expound a little further on this.

WHAT IS THE BLASPHEMY OF THE HOLY SPIRIT?

I want to first thank you for your creative framework of the 5 Great Programs and A Conversation with Paul series. They served as fantastic, highly accessible scaffolding that helped me step back and look at the structural boundaries of Scripture with fresh eyes.

The major trigger for my shift came when you hinted that Jeremiah 31:33 and Ezekiel 36:26–27 may refer to the Millennial Kingdom rather than the Tribulation period.

Once I realized that the automated, heart-transforming obedience of the New Covenant may be on pause during the Tribulation, the pieces of the puzzle aligned. It became clear that the Tribulation is an era of raw human testing under a covenant framework—meaning everything is tethered to active, contingent endurance.

The Tribulation (Program 4): Because the New Covenant is not yet active, a true Jewish possessor faces a literal, operational hazard. The warnings of Matthew 25 (lamps going out), Hebrews 6 (apostasy via a retreat to Levitical sacrifices), and Revelation 14 (the Mark of the Beast) appear literal. A believer in that economy can fail to endure, blaspheme, and lose their salvation—which is the polar opposite of our current grace economy.

Your work helped point me toward these dispensational boundaries, I appreciate the role your materials played in that journey.

      TEnglish,
Thank you for your kind words. I read your wonderful statement, Theological Clarification and Statement of Understanding, to those gathered at the Berean Bible Society conference at the end of my talk, What is the Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit? I am glad we had a robust exchange about this subject which resulted in sharpening both of us. This is the work of the Holy Spirit.

Hello Don, I just finished watching your conference and learned a lot from it. I really appreciate your teachings, and that’s why I check your page almost every day to see your answers to questions and read any new articles you share.
I have one question. You explained that blasphemy against the Holy Spirit refers to taking the mark of the beast. Why is it considered blasphemy against the Holy Spirit and not against the Son, since both are divine?
Thank you for your time and for all you share with us.

    1. doctrine Post author

      Alfa,
Good question. Take a look at Matthew 10.25, 12.24; Mark 3.22; Luke 11.15. The Jews accused Jesus of working through the power of Satan rather than the Holy Spirit. In the Tribulation, the Beast will operate through the power of Satan, but his narrative and the narrative of the False Prophet will be that he works through the Holy Spirit. This will blaspheme the Spirit, for it will attribute Satan’s work as the work of the Holy Spirit. Both the Son and Spirit are divine, but the Spirit is the one who is usually credited as the one of the Godhead responsible for drawing people to God. The mark of the Beast will change a person so the Spirit can no longer communicate and draw a person to Christ. Breaking this connection reviles, insults the Spirit.
